Auxiliar de departamento pessoal com experiência no sistema Domínio deve ser organizado, discreto e atento a prazos e detalhes. A experiência com o sistema é importante para executar rotinas com autonomia, mas também é essencial conhecer os processos de DP e conferir as informações antes de concluir lançamentos ou obrigações.

• Experiência com admissão, folha de pagamento, férias, rescisões e encargos. • Conhecimento prático do Domínio para cadastro de funcionários, lançamentos, processamento e conferência de rotinas. • Conhecimento de eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb e demais obrigações aplicáveis à empresa. • Familiaridade com legislação trabalhista e previdenciária, com disposição para acompanhar mudanças. • Organização, discrição no tratamento de dados pessoais e boa comunicação com clientes, funcionários e equipe. • Atenção a cálculos, documentos, prazos e inconsistências cadastrais.

PRINCIPAIS TAREFAS

• Admissões: solicitar e conferir documentos, cadastrar empregados no Domínio e acompanhar o envio das informações pertinentes ao eSocial. • Folha de pagamento: importar ou lançar variáveis, como horas extras, faltas, comissões e benefícios; processar a folha e conferir recibos, encargos e relatórios. • Férias: controlar períodos aquisitivos e concessivos, preparar avisos e recibos e conferir os cálculos e prazos. • Rescisões: reunir informações, preparar cálculos e documentos rescisórios e acompanhar os procedimentos de desligamento. • Ponto e afastamentos: conferir registros de jornada, tratar inconsistências e acompanhar atestados, licenças e afastamentos. • Obrigações e encargos: apoiar a conferência e o envio de eventos e declarações, além da emissão ou organização de guias e comprovantes. • Atendimento e arquivo: responder dúvidas rotineiras, solicitar informações pendentes e manter documentos físicos ou digitais organizados. • Conferência e controle: manter calendário de obrigações, revisar cadastros e apontar divergências antes de concluir ou transmitir informações.
