  • Liderar, acompanhar e desenvolver o time de vendas.
  • Desdobrar metas, monitorar indicadores e propor planos de ação.
  • Atuar no funil de vendas: prospecção, qualificação e fechamento.
  • Apoiar negociações estratégicas com clientes-chave.
  • Organizar rotina comercial, CRM e relatórios de performance.
  • Contribuir com estratégias de aquisição e retenção de clientes.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com Marketing e demais áreas de negócio.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em vendas (inside sales, externo ou similar).
  • Alguma vivência em liderança de pessoas ou papel de referência no time.
  • Conhecimento básico de funil de vendas e uso de CRM.
  • Habilidade de comunicação, negociação e foco em metas.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em regime CLT, presencial ou híbrido (conforme política da empresa).

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência anterior como líder, coordenador(a) ou supervisor(a) de vendas.
  • Atuação em empresas de alto crescimento (scale-up, SaaS, serviços B2B ou varejo estruturado).
  • Conhecimento em metodologias de vendas (SPIN, Solution Selling, etc.).
  • Domínio intermediário de Excel/Google Sheets e ferramentas de CRM.
  • Formação em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
