Votre mission

Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Administrateur(trice) Réseaux & Télécoms Confirmé(e) pour renforcer nos équipes.

Vous accompagnez nos clients dans l’exploitation, la sécurisation et l’évolution de leurs infrastructures réseaux et télécoms.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Accompagner les clients dans la prise en main et l’évolution de nos solutions.
  • Gérer et résoudre les incidents critiques tout en garantissant un haut niveau de satisfaction client.
  • Configurer, administrer et maintenir les équipements de sécurité réseau (firewalls).
  • Gérer les VLAN, la QoS et les agrégations de liens (LAG).
  • Superviser et monitorer les performances des infrastructures réseau.
  • Déployer et administrer les VPN.
  • Gérer les accès distants et les solutions d’authentification multi-facteurs.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les anomalies réseau.
  • Administrer et maintenir les services réseaux.
  • Configurer et maintenir les solutions de téléphonie IP.
  • Paramétrer les trunks SIP et les passerelles VoIP.
  • Optimiser la qualité audio des communications (QoS, latence, jitter).
  • Participer au déploiement et à la mise en conformité des infrastructures.
  • Rédiger les comptes-rendus d’intervention, procédures et documentations techniques.

Environnement technique 💻📧🖨️🛜🌐 Vous évoluez dans un contexte technique stimulant qui associe :

  • Les équipements réseaux : Fortinet, TP-Link
  • La supervision et le monitoring avancé : Domotz, Zabbix, PRTG
  • Les équipements réseaux et Wifi : Fortinet, TP-Link, Ubiquiti
  • Les protocoles VPN (IPsec, SSL VPN) et réseaux (DNS, DHCP, NAT)
  • Les méthodes d’authentification : MFA, Radius
  • Les outils de diagnostic réseau : Wireshark, Ping, Traceroute, iPerf
  • Les systèmes de téléphonie IP : 3CX, Asterisk

Profil recherché

Formation & expérience

  • Formation Bac +4/+5 en Réseaux & Télécoms.
  • Expérience significative d’au moins 8 ans sur un poste similaire (alternance comprise).
  • Expérience idéalement acquise dans des environnements techniques complexes.
  • Permis B obligatoire.

Compétences appréciées

  • Certification Fortinet.
  • Certification 3CX.

Localisation

📍 Poste basé à Neuilly-Plaisance

Accès facile via le RER A et le RER E (Val de Fontenay).

Processus de recrutement

Votre parcours candidat se déroulera en trois étapes :

  2. Rencontre avec votre futur manager et tests techniques.
  3. Entretien final avec la Direction Générale.
