Wat ga je doen?

  • Coachen en begeleiden van klantenservice agents die klanten helpen via telefoon, e-mail en chat.
  • Structuur brengen in het team en zorgdragen voor het halen van de gewenste kwaliteit en productiviteit.
  • Opstellen en uitrollen van nieuwe werkinstructies om de kwaliteit van antwoorden te verbeteren.
  • Oplossingsgericht werken met "first time right" als uitgangspunt.
  • Feedback geven aan de Operations Manager op basis van jouw inzichten en daarmee verbeteringen doorvoeren.
  • Het team motiveren om de vastgestelde doelen te bereiken.
