Wij zijn op zoek naar een ambitieuze en resultaatgerichte Business Unit Manager die meerdere teams zelfstandig naar een hoger niveau brengt. Je krijgt eigenaarschap om projecten van A tot Z te leiden en het primaire aanspreekpunt te zijn. Tegelijkertijd bieden we gerichte begeleiding zodat jij jezelf kan blijven ontwikkelen. Je komt terecht in een snelgroeiende organisatie met volop kansen, dynamiek en ondernemerschap. Je komt ons helpen het bedrijf verder te professionaliseren en om iedere dag topniveau te halen voor onze opdrachtgevers.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor performance, kwaliteit en continuïteit van één of meerdere opdrachtgevers
  • Je bent primair aanspreekpunt voor jouw opdrachtgevers en hebt de regie in de samenwerking
  • Je stuurt meerdere teamleiders aan en houdt je bezig met hun ontwikkeling
  • Je leidt onboardings-, opschalings- en verbeterinitiatieven in jouw business unit
  • Je voert 2e ronde sollicitatiegesprekken voor het aannemen van agents en teamleiders

  • Je bent een krachtige gesprekpartner richting directie en opdrachtgevers
  • Je bent bereid om diensten aan te vangen om 9:00 uur NL tijd
