The posting

Responsable de la gestión integral del almacén, incluyendo la recepción, preparación y expedición de materiales tanto de entrada como de salida, dentro de la red de GLORY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS Spain. Coordina la entrega de materiales a técnicos de campo en una zona geográfica asignada, asegurando su correcta recepción. Supervisa la distribución interna de mercancías, garantiza su integridad y reporta incidencias relacionadas con el transporte, faltas o daños. Todo ello bajo la dirección y estrategia de la compañía.

Key Responsibilities

Recepción de mercancías físicas, recepción en sistema Control y Seguimiento de los envíos, en un entorno de eficiencia y maximizando el ahorro. Seguimiento operativo de proyectos especiales. Seguimiento, gestión y reporte de incidencias. Soporte logístico a las diversas funciones de la compañía. Custodia de los stocks en el almacén. Correcta colocación. Documentación de los envíos y correcta custodia de los albaranes firmados

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Educación: • Formación básica general. • Deseable curso en gestión de almacenes. • Conocimientos informáticos • Internet nivel usuario • Carnet de carretillero

Experiencia: • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en puesto • Se valora conocimiento en el sector • Experiencia en entornos de trabajo dirigidos a la atención al cliente

Habilidades blandas (Soft Skills): Trabajo en equipo: Capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con compañeros y supervisores. Organización: Mantener el almacén ordenado y gestionar prioridades de manera eficiente. Comunicación: Transmitir información clara sobre pedidos, inventarios o problemas. Gestión del tiempo: Cumplir con los plazos y gestionar el ritmo de trabajo. Adaptabilidad: Poder reaccionar rápidamente ante cambios en las tareas o prioridades. Atención al detalle: Evitar errores al preparar pedidos o contar inventario. Resistencia física y mental: Mantenerse enfocado y enérgico durante jornadas largas.

Habilidades duras (Hard Skills): Manejo de equipos: Uso seguro de carretillas elevadoras, transpaletas o equipos de embalaje. Conocimiento de inventario: Familiaridad con software de gestión de inventarios (ERP, JDE, etc.). Carga y descarga: Técnica adecuada para manipular mercancías pesadas y evitar lesiones. Clasificación y almacenamiento: Comprensión de cómo organizar productos por categorías, tamaño o prioridad. Control de calidad: Inspeccionar mercancías para garantizar que cumplen con los estándares. Normas de seguridad: Cumplir con las normativas de seguridad laboral y manejo de materiales peligrosos. Básicos de logística: Conocimientos generales de procesos de envío, recepción y distribución
