Keukenverantwoordelijkheid

Je staat in voor de dagelijkse organisatie en goede werking van de keuken.

Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en presentatie van de gerechten.

Je zorgt voor een efficiënte planning van de keukenactiviteiten.

Planning en organisatie

Je schat de verwachte afzet in en stemt hierop de bestellingen en voorbereidingen af.

Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren en vernieuwen van de menukaart, recepten en gerechten.

Je volgt trends en ontwikkelingen binnen de horeca en voedingssector op.

Teamwork en samenwerking

Je werkt nauw samen met de collega's van de keuken en de zaal.

Je neemt initiatief en motiveert je collega's om samen de beste resultaten te behalen.

Je behandelt vragen, klachten en problemen van bezoekers op een klantgerichte manier.

Kwaliteit en hygiëne

Je past de HACCP-richtlijnen correct toe.

Je waakt over orde, netheid en hygiëne in de keuken.

Je draagt bij aan een vlotte en optimale werking van de horecagelegenheid.

Je hebt relevante ervaring in een professionele keuken.

Je hebt een uitgesproken passie voor koken en werkt graag creatief en vernieuwend.

Je bent organisatorisch sterk en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.

Je bent stressbestendig, alert en hebt oog voor detail.
