Als UX/UI Designer bei FoodGenius bist du nicht nur für ansprechende Interfaces zuständig, sondern vor allem für ein herausragendes Nutzererlebnis. Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklern und der Product Ownerin in einem agilen Scrum-Team zusammen. Mit Figma und anderen Tools entwickelst du User Journeys, führst Tests durch und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produkte intuitiv und optimal auf die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer abgestimmt sind. Durch regelmäßigen Austausch im Design Team und enge Zusammenarbeit stellen wir sicher, dass UX / UI nicht nur ein Begriff, sondern eine gelebte Praxis ist.

Wir möchten, dass du mit uns wächst, deine Expertise weiterentwickelst und aktiv dazu beiträgst, unsere UX / UI-Prozesse auf das nächste Level zu heben. Deine Ideen sind gefragt, um unser Produkt stetig zu verbessern.

Das wirst Du tun

  • Erstelle Personas, User-Journeys, Wireframes, Mockups und Prototypen zur Visualisierung von Design-Ideen.
  • Leite daraus konkrete Interfaces ab, die an die Entwicklung übergeben werden.
  • Arbeite dabei eng mit der Entwicklung und dem Marketing-Team zusammen.
  • Führe A/B- und Usability-Tests durch, um die Nutzerfreundlichkeit zu optimieren.
  • Identifiziere und implementiere Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten basierend auf Nutzerdaten und Feedback.
  • Unterstütze bei Bedarf mit deiner UX / UI Expertise andere Produktteams und nimm an teamübergreifenden Initiativen teil.
  • Arbeit mit Multibrand Design Systemen und deren Pflege

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Design, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Entwicklung von Interfaces für Desktop und mobile Anwendungen.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Figma.
  • Erfahrung mit Usability-Tests, A/B Testing, Design Systemen und Datenanalyse.
  • Sprint- Methodiken, wie z.B. Crazy 8s, Lightning Demos, How Might We, usw.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Empathie und die Fähigkeit, effektiv im Team zu arbeiten.
  • Kreatives Denken und die Fähigkeit, innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Bereitschaft, sich in verschiedene Aufgabenbereiche einzubringen und neue Herausforderungen anzunehmen.
  • Fähigkeit, bestehende Produkte und Workflows zu analysieren, Probleme zu erkennen und die Nutzererfahrung daraufhin zu optimieren
