The posting

Ben jij onze nieuwe Betonreparateur?

  • spuit beton voor herstel en versterking;
  • injecteert en dicht scheuren af;
  • brengt beschermende coatings en lagen aan;
  • voert verschillende onderhouds- en conserveringswerkzaamheden uit;
  • werkt op uiteenlopende projectlocaties door heel Nederland;

  • veel afwisseling in projecten en werkzaamheden;
  • een volledig uitgeruste werkbus met gereedschap;
  • begeleiding van ervaren vakmensen;
  • mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen;
  • werken in dagdiensten;

  • een salaris tot € 3.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur;
  • 40 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband;
  • de mogelijkheid om 32 uur per week te werken;
  • een volledig uitgeruste werkbus met gereedschap;
  • een telefoon en tablet van de zaak;
  • toegang tot verschillende persoonsgebonden verzekeringen;
  • de mogelijkheid om rijbewijs E te behalen;
  • opleidingsmogelijkheden, waaronder een traject tot gecertificeerd betonreparateur;
  • werken in dagdiensten.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
