Ben jij onze nieuwe projectcoördinator infra?

Goede infraprojecten beginnen met een voorbereiding die staat. In deze rol zorg jij dat planning, mensen, materieel en informatie op het juiste moment samenkomen. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten, zoals zwaarbelaste terreinen, funderingen en betonconstructies, onder meer in de Rotterdamse haven.

Daarbij houd je niet alleen vanuit kantoor overzicht. Je schakelt veel met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en collega’s en bent regelmatig op de bouwplaats te vinden om te zien hoe het werk verloopt en waar bijsturing of ondersteuning nodig is.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering. Vanaf de eerste planning en calculatie tot aan de dagelijkse voortgang zorg jij dat alles goed op elkaar aansluit.

Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en uitvoerders en hebt veel contact met leveranciers en opdrachtgevers. Daarbij kijk je vooruit: wat is er nodig, waar kunnen knelpunten ontstaan en welke acties moeten op tijd geregeld zijn?

Je:

  • stelt calculaties en offertes op;
  • maakt werkplannen en planningen;
  • zorgt dat informatie en kennis tijdig bij de uitvoerder terechtkomen;
  • onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en collega’s;
  • beheert projectgegevens en documentatie;
  • bereidt werkzaamheden voor zodat projecten soepel kunnen doorlopen;
  • vraagt werkvergunningen en andere benodigde vergunningen aan;
  • bezoekt regelmatig de bouwplaats om de voortgang te volgen en de uitvoering te ondersteunen.

Jouw werkomgeving

Je werkt aan technisch uitdagende infraprojecten, met name in haven- en industriële omgevingen. Denk aan container- en bulkterminals, zwaarbelaste terreinen, funderingen en betonconstructies. In een omgeving waar veel tegelijk gebeurt en waar een goede voorbereiding direct verschil maakt. De lijnen met projectleiding en uitvoering zijn kort en je krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en initiatief te nemen.

Je kunt rekenen op:

  • afwisselende projecten in haven en industrie;

  • veel contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en collega’s;

  • mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat breng je mee?

Je houdt van regelen, schakelen en vooruitdenken. Je bent sociaal, ondernemend en vindt het prettig om met verschillende partijen tegelijk contact te hebben. Daarbij verlies je de planning en voortgang niet uit het oog.

Je:

  • hebt minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • hebt minimaal twee jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
  • bent ondernemend en sociaal vaardig;
  • houdt overzicht en werkt gestructureerd;
  • voelt je thuis in een dynamische projectomgeving;
  • hebt motivatie om te werken aan projecten in de Rotterdamse haven.
