Projecten leiden van voorbereiding tot oplevering, schakelen met klanten en collega’s en zorgen dat planning, kwaliteit en budget in balans blijven: als projectleider leidingrenovatie bij GMB heb je veel verantwoordelijkheid én veel invloed op het resultaat.

Je werkt aan projecten binnen rioolrenovatie en leidingtechniek en bent daarbij het verbindende aanspreekpunt voor uitvoerders, vaklieden, specialisten, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers. Jij houdt overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt dat het team samen vooruit kan.

Wat ga je doen?

Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan jouw projecten en bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel de inhoudelijke als financiële voortgang. Samen met het projectteam zorg je dat werkzaamheden goed worden voorbereid, gepland en uitgevoerd.

Je:

  • stuurt projecten aan van voorbereiding tot oplevering;
  • onderhoudt contact met klanten, onderaannemers en nevenaannemers;
  • bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit, kansen en risico’s;
  • plant personeel, materiaal en materieel;
  • zorgt dat veiligheids- en kwaliteitsafspraken worden nageleefd;
  • stuurt bij wanneer omstandigheden of voortgang daarom vragen;
  • werkt samen met uitvoerders, projectleiders, vaklieden en specialisten aan passende oplossingen voor de opdrachtgever.

Jouw werkomgeving

Je werkt vanuit Berkel en Rodenrijs en bent regelmatig op projectlocaties te vinden. De projecten verschillen in omvang, locatie en technische uitdaging, waardoor geen werkweek hetzelfde is.

Je werkt met collega’s die gewend zijn om samen de klus te klaren. De sfeer is direct, nuchter en informeel. Er wordt hard gewerkt en soms zijn de dagen lang, dus goed samenwerken en plezier in het werk zijn belangrijk.

Je kunt rekenen op:

Wat breng je mee?

Je bent sterk in organiseren, houdt overzicht en kunt goed schakelen wanneer er veel tegelijk gebeurt. Je weet mensen te verbinden, stelt duidelijke prioriteiten en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.

Je:

  • hebt een afgeronde technische hbo-opleiding;
  • hebt minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
  • beschikt over aantoonbare leidinggevende capaciteiten;
  • hebt rijbewijs B;
  • communiceert makkelijk in woord en geschrift;
  • hebt bij voorkeur kennis van riolering en renovatietechnieken;
  • bent bereid om voor projecten te reizen.

Wat krijg je van ons?
