Ben jij administratief sterk én inhoudelijk thuis in schade- en verzekeringsvraagstukken? Als Specialist Verzekeringen & schade bij GMB begeleid je dossiers van melding tot afhandeling en pak je ook complexere schadegevallen zelfstandig op. Je zorgt dat dossiers op orde zijn, bewaakt de voortgang en schakelt met projectteams, de materieeldienst, verzekeringsmakelaars en schade-experts. Zo combineer je administratie, inhoudelijke beoordeling en afstemming in één functie.

Wat ga je doen?

Je behandelt uiteenlopende schade- en verzekeringsdossiers binnen GMB. Denk aan schade aan voertuigen, materieel, installaties, kabels en leidingen, projecten en eigendommen van derden. Je verzamelt de benodigde informatie, zorgt dat dossiers compleet zijn en bewaakt de voortgang.

Bij complexere schadegevallen neem je samen met collega’s de regie. Je beoordeelt onder meer aansprakelijkheid, polisvoorwaarden, dekkingen, reparatienota’s en claims van derden. Ook onderhoud je contact met verzekeringsmakelaars, schade-experts en andere betrokken partijen.

Daarnaast ondersteun je bij het beheer van het verzekeringspakket van GMB. Je denkt mee over risico’s en passende verzekeringsoplossingen voor projecten en bedrijfsmiddelen en stelt managementrapportages op.

Jouw werkomgeving

Je werkt vanuit ons nieuwe hoofdkantoor in Dodewaard en ondersteunt verschillende GMB-bedrijven. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s uit de operatie, de materieeldienst en andere verzekeringsspecialisten.

De functie biedt veel afwisseling. De ene keer ben je bezig met dossieropbouw of analyse, de andere keer stem je af met een verzekeringsmakelaar of bezoek je een projectlocatie om een schadegeval beter in beeld te krijgen. Je werkt voornamelijk op kantoor, met de mogelijkheid om deels hybride te werken.

Bij GMB werken we in een open en informele omgeving met korte lijnen. Je krijgt ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat breng je mee?

Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen. Je vindt het prettig om administratief werk af te wisselen met inhoudelijke schade- en verzekeringsvraagstukken. Daarbij communiceer je makkelijk met verschillende partijen en pak je zaken zelfstandig op. Hiernaast beschik je over:

  • Mbo+ of hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring in schadebehandeling, verzekeringen of risicobeheer;
  • Affiniteit met bouw, infra, techniek of een projectomgeving;
  • Voorkeur kennis van zakelijke schadeverzekeringen;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • een praktische en oplossingsgerichte manier van werken.
