Ben jij onze nieuwe Uitvoerder Civiel?

Als uitvoerder civiel werk je aan verschillende infraprojecten. Je stuurt vaklieden, machinisten en onderaannemers aan, bewaakt de planning en zorgt dat het werk veilig en volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd.

Je werkt onder andere aan rioolwaterzuiveringen, gemalen, drinkwaterinstallaties en leidingwerk. Daarbij houd je overzicht op de bouwplaats, stem je af met de projectleider en los je praktische problemen op zodra die zich voordoen.

Wat ga je doen?

Op de bouwplaats ben jij degene die de dagelijkse uitvoering organiseert. Iedereen moet weten wat er moet gebeuren, wanneer en met welke middelen. Daarbij houd je niet alleen de planning scherp in de gaten, maar ook veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Loopt iets anders dan verwacht? Dan kijk je eerst zelf wat er nodig is en schakel je waar nodig met de projectleider. Samen zorgen jullie dat het project verder kan.

Je:

  • stuurt eigen vaklieden, machinisten en onderaannemers aan;
  • bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid;
  • zorgt dat werkzaamheden goed op elkaar aansluiten;
  • signaleert knelpunten en komt met praktische oplossingen;
  • stemt regelmatig af met de projectleider en andere projectcollega’s;
  • houdt overzicht op de bouwplaats en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er speelt;
  • zorgt dat de werklocatie netjes en veilig achterblijft.

Jouw werkomgeving

In regio Amsterdam werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen de watersector en infra. Denk aan rioolwaterzuiveringen, gemalen, drinkwaterinstallaties en leidingwerk. Projecten waar verschillende technieken samenkomen en waar je regelmatig voor praktische uitdagingen komt te staan.

De sfeer op onze projecten is nuchter en direct. Er wordt hard gewerkt, maar collega’s staan ook voor elkaar klaar. Samen uit, samen thuis past daar goed bij: problemen lossen we met elkaar op en successen vieren we ook samen.

Je kunt rekenen op:

  • technisch uitdagende projecten in regio Amsterdam;
  • veel verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse uitvoering;
  • collega’s die elkaar helpen en samen de klus willen klaren;
  • korte lijnen met projectleiding en werkvoorbereiding;
  • ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen;
  • een werkomgeving waarin serieus gewerkt wordt, maar humor zeker niet ontbreekt.

Wat breng je mee?

Ervaring als uitvoerder is mooi, maar ook als je toe bent aan de stap naar deze rol komen we graag met je in contact. Belangrijker is dat je weet wat er buiten nodig is, verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en mensen kunt meenemen in de uitvoering.

Je:

  • hebt een opleiding richting civiele techniek gevolgd óf relevante werkervaring opgebouwd;
  • hebt kennis van GWW en bent bekend met leidingwerk;
  • kunt zelfstandig werken en pakt verantwoordelijkheid;
  • communiceert makkelijk met verschillende mensen op de bouwplaats;
  • blijft rustig wanneer planning of uitvoering anders loopt dan verwacht;
  • woont bij voorkeur in de regio Amsterdam of vindt reizen naar deze regio geen probleem.

Wat krijg je van ons?
