Ben jij onze nieuwe Uitvoerder multidisciplinaire projecten?

Op projecten waar civiele techniek, werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek en betontechniek samenkomen, ben jij degene die buiten het overzicht bewaart. Je zorgt dat werkzaamheden goed op elkaar aansluiten, collega’s weten wat er moet gebeuren en veiligheid, kwaliteit en planning op orde blijven.

Je hoeft niet van iedere discipline alle technische details te kennen. Wel vind je het interessant om te begrijpen hoe de verschillende vakgebieden elkaar beïnvloeden en weet je de juiste mensen bij elkaar te brengen om samen tot een goede oplossing te komen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je geeft buiten leiding aan multidisciplinaire projecten binnen de watersector. Daarbij ben je het aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en klanten en houd je grip op de dagelijkse uitvoering.

Je:

  • stuurt collega’s buiten aan en verbindt de verschillende disciplines;
  • bewaakt planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid;
  • stemt personeel en materieel af met de projectleider;
  • denkt mee in de werkvoorbereiding;
  • houdt samen met de projectleider zicht op de financiële voortgang;
  • signaleert knelpunten en zorgt dat deze worden opgelost;
  • denkt mee over verbeteringen in de uitvoering;
  • bent zichtbaar op het project en weet wat er buiten speelt.

Jouw werkomgeving

Je werkt aan projecten binnen de watersector waarin verschillende technische vakgebieden samenkomen. De projecten hebben een doorlooptijd van ongeveer een half jaar tot anderhalf jaar en kunnen een omvang hebben van enkele miljoenen euro’s.

Je bent veel op de projectlocatie en werkt daar samen met vakspecialisten met verschillende achtergronden. Juist doordat iedereen zijn eigen expertise meebrengt, is goede afstemming belangrijk. Jij zorgt ervoor dat al die werkzaamheden buiten als één geheel samenkomen.

Je kunt rekenen op:

  • technisch uitdagende projecten met meerdere disciplines;
  • veel verantwoordelijkheid en zelfstandigheid;
  • samenwerking met collega’s met uiteenlopende technische expertise;
  • korte lijnen met projectleiding en werkvoorbereiding;
  • afwisseling tussen verschillende projecten en locaties;
  • ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen als uitvoerder.

Wat breng je mee?

Je voelt je prettig in een technische omgeving waarin veel tegelijk gebeurt. Je houdt overzicht, denkt vooruit en blijft rustig wanneer de planning verandert of buiten iets anders loopt dan verwacht.

Je hoeft niet ieder vakgebied tot in detail te beheersen. Belangrijker is dat je nieuwsgierig bent, mensen weet te verbinden en verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen.

Je:

  • hebt ervaring als uitvoerder of in een vergelijkbare rol;
  • werkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht;
  • houdt overzicht wanneer meerdere werkzaamheden tegelijk lopen;
  • krijgt energie van afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid;
  • communiceert makkelijk met verschillende collega’s en partijen;
  • bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en weet wat er speelt buiten.

Wat krijg je van ons
