  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer VMware-vSphere-/ESXi-Infrastruktur
  • Bereitstellung, Konfiguration und Betrieb virtueller Server
  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Azure
  • Betreuung hybrider Identitäts- und Infrastrukturumgebungen zwischen On-Premises und Cloud
  • Administration von Microsoft Entra ID
  • Administration der Microsoft-365-Umgebung
  • Betreuung von Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online und OneDrive
  • Benutzer-, Rollen- und Berechtigungsmanagement einschließlich MFA und Conditional Access
  • Administration zentraler Infrastrukturservices wie DNS und DHCP
  • Monitoring von Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Kapazitäten
  • Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von Patch-, Update- und Lifecycle-Management
  • Betreuung von Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level
  • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Administrationsaufgaben, insbesondere mit PowerShell
  • Mitarbeit bei Infrastruktur-, Cloud-, Security- und Migrationsprojekten
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Betriebshandbücher und Notfallkonzepte

Was dich bei uns erwartet Bei uns betreust du nicht nur einzelne Systeme, sondern arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung einer modernen hybriden IT-Infrastruktur. Du bekommst die Möglichkeit, vorhandene Strukturen zu verbessern, Standards zu etablieren, Automatisierung voranzutreiben und den weiteren Weg von klassischen On-Premises-Systemen hin zu Cloud- und Hybrid-Lösungen aktiv mitzugestalten. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus den Bereichen IT-Infrastruktur, Security, Support und Applikationen zusammen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Umfeld bzw. vergleichbare praktische Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft Windows Server
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien
  • Gute Kenntnisse in VMware vSphere / ESXi
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure und Entra ID
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft 365
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Exchange Online
  • Grundlegendes bis gutes Verständnis von Netzwerktechnologien wie TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN und VPN
  • Erfahrung mit PowerShell und der Automatisierung von Administrationsaufgaben wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Backup, Monitoring und Patchmanagement
  • Verständnis für IT-Security, Identity & Access Management, System Hardening und Least-Privilege-Prinzipien
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für produktive und geschäftskritische IT-Systeme zu übernehmen
