Deine Aufgaben

Bereichert wird der abwechslungsreiche Arbeitsalltag durch wechselnde Tätigkeiten im Büro und Umschlagslager. Somit bist du als kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Express Logistik ein Allroundtalent und nicht nur der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden (m/w/d) und Fahrer (m/w/d) sondern auch integrierter Teil unseres Teams. Durch deine offene Art wirst du elementarer Bestandteil unserer Wachstumsstrategie am Standort Braunschweig.

  • Überwachung unserer Zustellungen und Abholungen
  • Abfertigung unserer Eingangs- und Ausgangssendungen- du hast Spaß mit anzupacken!
  • Sicherstellung sauberer Prozesse rund um unsere Sendungen
  • Auftragsannahme, allgemeine administrative und kaufmännische Aufgaben
  • Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden und Partnerstationen
  • Persönliche Kundenbetreuung und Abstimmung bezüglich Abholzeiten
  • Disposition und Routenplanung + Überwachung der Fahrzeuge und Fahrer (m/w/d)
  • Rufbereitschaft im Wechsel mit deinen Kollegen (m/w/d)

Dein Profil

  • Du hast sowohl kaufmännische Berufserfahrung, als auch Erfahrung in der Logistik- vorzugsweise in der KEP-Branche
  • Du hast ein Herz für Disposition, Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und du liebst es, wenn ein Plan funktioniert!
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist sowohl organisiert als auch professionell und du behältst auch in schwierigen Situationen den Überblick
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung, ebenso Erfahrung mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Sorgfalt und eigenständiges Arbeiten sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du bist aber ein Teamplayer? - dann freuen wir uns, dich bald bei uns zu begrüßen und dich im Zeitraum von MO-FR zwischen 4:00 Uhr und 21:00 Uhr in unseren Arbeitstag mit einplanen zu dürfen!
  • Hast du ein eigenes Fahrzeug um bei jedem Wetter pünktlich in der Arbeit zu sein? - Ohne geht es leider nicht!
