  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Geschäftskunden zusammen mit unseren GO! Stationen und Partnern zu speziellen service- und zollrelevanten Anfragen
  • Planung und Organisation von Express- und Sonderfahrten, Air Charter, On-Board-Kurier, Sameday-Lieferung, Direktfahrt oder Luftfrachten.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Sendungen sowie administrative Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Du arbeitest im wöchentlichen Wechsel im Schichtdienst (Mo - Fr von 8-17 Uhr) und übernimmst auch die wöchentlich wechselnde 24/7 Bereitschaft

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition/Transport/Logistik
  • Ausgezeichnete Kunden- sowie Serviceorientierung
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige und systematisch strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute nationale und internationale geographische Kenntnisse
