Votre quotidien chez Maître Carré :

Relevant du Directeur finances et administration, vous jouerez un rôle central au croisement de la gestion administrative, de la culture B Corp et de l'innovation. Véritable connecteur interne, vous faciliterez la synergie entre les équipes de bureau et de terrain tout en orchestrant le cycle de vie complet des employés : du recrutement à la paie, jusqu'au développement des compétences. Vous contribuerez également à la modernisation de nos pratiques (intégration de l'IA, SIRH, Intranet).

Vos principales responsabilités :

Gestion de la paie, avantages et administration RH :

  • Paie et fiscalité : Effectuer le traitement bimensuel de la paie et coordonner les relevés fiscaux annuels (T4/Relevé 1).
  • Avantages sociaux : Administrer les régimes d'assurances collectives, le REER/RPDB et le suivi des banques de congés.
  • Gestion administrative : Maintenir à jour les dossiers employés, l'organigramme et le guide interne.
  • Conformité RH et SST : Siéger au comité SST et coordonner la conformité liée à la formation continue (Loi du 1 %).

Talent, Culture et Recrutement :

  • Recrutement et accueil : Gérer le processus complet de dotation (affichages, entrevues, offres) et l'expérience d'intégration (onboarding).
  • Gestion de la performance : Coordonner le processus d'évaluation annuelle et analyser les sondages employés pour proposer des plans d'action.
  • Engagement et culture B Corp : Participer activement aux initiatives de rétention, de bien-être et aux activités du comité B Corp.

Projets stratégiques & technologiques :

  • Implantation SIRH : Participer à la sélection et au déploiement d'un nouveau système RH et de paie.
  • Intranet employé : Collaborer au développement d'un espace centralisé pour dynamiser la communication interne.
  • Modernisation RH : Optimiser les outils de formation et les processus internes en y intégrant l'intelligence artificielle.

Profil recherché :

Exigences et qualifications :

  • Formation : Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines, en relations industrielles ou en administration (option RH), ou expérience équivalente.
  • Expérience : 2 à 3 ans dans un rôle généraliste RH.
  • Compétences technologiques : Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, expérience avec un outil de paie (ex. ADP) et aisance avec l’intelligence artificielle.
  • Langues : Maîtrise du français (oral/écrit) et anglais fonctionnel.

Aptitudes personnelles :

  • Rigueur et discrétion : Précision irréprochable avec la paie et gestion confidentielle des informations.
  • Esprit collaboratif et humain : Empathie, attitude positive et souci du bien-être de l'équipe.
  • Proactivité et organisation : Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités en autonomie et à anticiper les besoins dans un milieu dynamique.
