Afin de poursuivre notre croissance et de maintenir l'excellence de nos espaces de vie, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'une personne engagée pour occuper le poste de Préposé.e à l’entretien ménager.

Travailler chez Maître Carré, c'est :

  • Un poste permanent à temps partiel : Un horaire flexible d’environ 24 heures les lundis, mardis et mercredis et disponibilités occasionnelles les dimanches — séquence à établir).

  • Une rémunération à partir de 20,00 $ / heure.

Votre quotidien chez Maître Carré :

En tant que préposé.e à l’entretien ménager d’immeuble, votre quotidien sera équilibré, concret et valorisant. Vous veillerez avec soin à la propreté et au bon état des espaces communs, des unités locatives et des équipements.

En étroite collaboration avec le Chef d'entretien d’immeuble, votre rôle sera essentiel pour maintenir une expérience résident de grande qualité. Vous incarnerez au quotidien les valeurs de Maître Carré en offrant un environnement propre, sécuritaire, accueillant et au goût du jour.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Éclat et propreté : Assurer l'excellence de la propreté et du maintien des lieux en instaurant des standards élevés pour les zones communes et privées.
  • Optimisation des équipements : Assurer une performance optimale des équipements par un entretien rigoureux, préventif et proactif.
  • Sécurité à toute épreuve : Garantir la sécurité des résidents grâce à des mesures préventives et une excellente réactivité en cas d'urgence.
  • Ambassadeur.drice des valeurs : Incarner et promouvoir les engagements de développement durable et de bien-être de Maître Carré dans chacune de vos interactions avec la clientèle.

Profil recherché :

Exigences et qualifications :

  • Expérience : Expérience préalable en entretien, de préférence dans un immeuble multi-résidentiel d’au moins 100 unités.
  • Formation : Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) obligatoire. Un diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) en entretien général d’immeubles ou en hygiène et salubrité est un atout.
  • Langues : Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (afin de pouvoir communiquer aisément avec nos résidents anglophones).

  • Flexibilité tout-terrain : Disponibilité, grande capacité d'adaptation et réactivité face aux urgences.
  • Sensibilité environnementale : Un engagement fort envers des pratiques d'entretien écologiques et respectueuses de l'environnement.
  • Esprit d'équipe : Une collaboration naturelle, avenante et souriante.
