Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) spécialiste de l'approvisionnement et de la planification pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique à Saint-Georges.

Ce poste permet d’assurer l’approvisionnement et la planification tout en étant innovant dans un milieu où ça bouge rapidement.

Ton quotidien ressemblera à :

Approvisionnement et gestion des fournisseurs

  • Être responsable de la performance opérationnelle des fournisseurs;
  • Planifier et animer des rencontres hebdomadaires avec les fournisseurs (dont la majorité sont anglophones).
  • Établir et maintenir une relation de partenariat forte avec les fournisseurs stratégiques afin d'assurer l'atteinte des objectifs de l’entreprise.
  • Effectuer un suivi rigoureux des indicateurs de performance tels que le respect des dates de livraison, les niveaux d'inventaire, les délais de production et la capacité.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer une bonne fluidité des opérations.
  • Identifier rapidement les risques d'approvisionnement, agir avec les fournisseurs et proposer des solutions pour minimiser les impacts sur les opérations et les clients.
  • Identifier les équarts de performance, établir les plans d’action requis et assurer leur exécution.

Planification de production

  • Planification des produits selon les besoins opérationnels et les prévisions
  • Analyser les inventaires, les capacités et les priorités de production
  • Maintenir l’équilibre entre les besoins des clients, les délais et l’inventaire
  • Proposer et participer à l’amélioration continue des processus de planification et d’approvisionnement

Outils technologiques et innovation

  • Utilisation d’outils d’intelligence artificielle pour l’innovation
  • Mettre en place des automatisations pour optimiser le processus
  • Contribuer à l’évolution des pratiques technologiques de l’équipe

Le profil que nous recherchons :

  • Détenir un DEC ou un baccalauréat en gestion des opérations, logistique, chaîne d’approvisionnement ou domaine connexe
  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en approvisionnement, planification ou coordination de production
  • Expérience en milieu manufacturier
  • Excellente capacité d’organisation et gestion des priorités
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens du suivi développé
  • Bonnes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
  • Maîtrise d’Excel avancé
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais
