Sous la responsabilité du Lead conseil – expertise rémunération, le/la Stratège en rémunération accompagne les clients Go RH en les aidant à solutionner leurs enjeux de rémunération.

Les tâches relatives au poste incluent, sans s’y limiter :

Volet en mandat (80%) :

  • Opérer des mandats d’expertise en rémunération dans les organisations clientes, selon l’offre de service et/ou le plan d’action établi et ce dans les délais convenus;
  • Analyser et diagnostiquer les pratiques de rémunération existantes chez les clients.
  • Bâtir des structures salariales équitables et compétitives.
  • Rédiger des politiques salariales claires et concevoir des outils de gouvernance pour guider les clients.
  • Simuler les impacts financiers des scénarios de transition ou d'ajustements salariaux.
  • Piloter des exercices complets d'équité salariale et de maintien, conformément à la Loi sur l'équité salariale du Québec ou de l’Ontario.
  • Assurer, sur une base quotidienne, un accompagnement complet auprès des gestionnaires, des directeurs et des employés des entreprises clientes.

Volet administratif (20%) :

  • Participer aux diverses réunions d’équipe,
  • Comprendre, analyser et respecter les offres de service entourant les mandats qui lui sont octroyés,
  • Effectuer certaines tâches administratives entourant le poste (feuille de temps, suivi, communication interne).
  • Participer, au besoin, à des projets spéciaux interne (formation, co développement, recherche, etc).

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines, en relations industrielles, en actuariat ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en rémunération
  • Maitrise avancée d’Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules complexes, modélisation de données)

  • Excellent sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer des priorités changeantes
  • Autonomie et initiative
  • Attitude positive axée sur la recherche de solution.
