Notre client, une entreprise manufacturière située à Granby, est à la recherche d’un(e) Superviseur(e) de production pour jouer un rôle clé au cœur de ses opérations.

Votre mission

Sous la supervision du Directeur d’usine, vous serez au cœur des opérations et aurez un rôle clé dans la performance, la qualité, la sécurité et la mobilisation d’une équipe d’une vingtaine de personnes.

Votre quotidien:

  • Planifier et superviser les activités de production, les priorités et les échéanciers.
  • Mobiliser, accompagner et développer votre équipe dans une approche de coaching favorisant la responsabilisation, la performance et l’efficacité.
  • Suivre la productivité et les résultats du secteur, et mettre en place les actions nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs.
  • Identifier les occasions d’amélioration et proposer des solutions concrètes.
  • Veiller au respect des normes de qualité, de santé et sécurité.
  • Gérer les présences, les horaires, les heures supplémentaires et les situations disciplinaires.
  • S’assurer de la disponibilité des outils, équipements et matériaux nécessaires à la production.
  • Participer aux réunions de production, aux projets d’amélioration et à la fabrication de prototypes.

Ce que nous recherchons:

  • Une formation collégiale technique ou une expérience équivalente;
  • Plus de 2 ans d’expérience en supervision d’une équipe de production, idéalement dans un environnement manufacturier syndiqué;
  • Un leadership mobilisateur et de proximité, bonnes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles;
  • Un fort sens de l’organisation, de la planification et des priorités;
  • Un esprit orienté vers les solutions et l’amélioration continue;
  • Un sens des responsabilités et une approche axée sur la santé et sécurité.
