En tant que superviseur des opérations, tu possèdes une solide expérience en gestion d'équipe et en gestion de contrats ? Tu as le sens de l'organisation et sais mener des projets à bien ? À quoi ressemblera ton rôle ?

  • Assurer la coordination efficace du personnel sur divers sites.
  • Former les nouveaux membres et suivre leur intégration.
  • Réaliser des tâches d’entretien selon le calendrier prévu.
  • Effectuer des contrôles qualité des prestations.
  • Gérer les demandes ponctuelles et assurer le suivi des plaintes.
  • Planifier et répartir le travail en fonction des besoins et des projets.
  • Superviser l’inventaire du matériel et répondre aux besoins logistiques.
  • Apporter un soutien ponctuel en livrant les équipements nécessaires.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les autres superviseurs et la direction.

Profil recherché :

  • Avoir une forte expérience en gestion de personnel.
  • Permis de conduire valide (classe 5).
  • Disponibilité pour se déplacer dans la région métropolitaine (principalement sur la rive-sud de Montréal).
  • Flexibilité pour des interventions occasionnelles le week-end.
  • Esprit d’équipe, initiative et sens du détail.
  • Patience et bon vouloir.
