L'entreprise utilise les technologies 3D et les techniques de gestion des données les plus modernes pour élaborer des plans à long terme qui répondent aux besoins spécifiques de leur clients.

Responsabilités

  • Effectuer le cycle comptable complet (comptes payables, comptes recevables et facturation) et en assurer le suivi;
  • Procéder à la préparation des états financiers et à la fermeture des registres comptables de l’entreprise et s’assurer que les transactions comptables sont exécutées selon les procédures prévues;
  • Effectuer l'écriture et la tenue de livres comptables sur le logiciel comptable et s'assurer de l'adoption et de l'observation de règles et de procédures adéquates et conformes pour la tenue de livres;
  • Évalue les incidences fiscales aux transactions proposées et coordonne avec les prenantes internes et externes pour assurer la conformité et la meilleure ligne de conduite;
  • S'assurer de la perception des comptes clients et des encaissements dans des délais autorisés;
  • Assurer la gestion et la production de la paie;
  • Préparer et vérifier différents rapports tels que les rapports de fin de mois et de fin d’année;
  • Assurer la prise en charge des routines administratives liées à l’emploi.

Compétences recherchés

  • 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Technicien(ne) comptable;
  • Connaisance du logiciel comptable SAGE (de préfèrence la version 100);
  • AEC/DEC en administration ou en comptabilité ou tout autre formation équivalente;
  • Très grand sens de l'organisation, de la minutie et de la confidentialité;
