The posting

Le technicien de maintenance senior est responsable de toutes les opérations de maintenance et de réparation spécialisées des équipements opérationnels de complexité variable dans les deux complexes hôteliers.

Il est assisté par l'employé de maintenance junior dans ses tâches quotidiennes normales.

Principales activités :

  • Maintenir un niveau supérieur de service à la clientèle et de professionnalisme en établissant des priorités clés parmi le volume élevé de demandes de service de maintenance.
  • Travailler efficacement avec les sous-traitants, les entrepreneurs et les fournisseurs.
  • Hiérarchiser les demandes de service et de maintenance afin d'établir un plan pour les situations imprévues fréquentes.
  • Surveiller et distribuer les bons de travail aux employés de maintenance juniors par ordre de priorité.
  • Tenir à jour l'inventaire afin de pouvoir réagir rapidement en cas d'urgence.
  • Superviser le travail effectué par le technicien junior concernant l'installation, la maintenance et les tests de divers équipements.
  • Supervise le travail du technicien, contrôle les tâches quotidiennes des juniors pour les tournées du matin, de l'après-midi et de fin de journée : conformément à la liste du matin et aux instructions en vigueur.
  • Utilise des équipements spécialisés et des véhicules pour les travaux d'entretien
  • Supervise la validation du personnel subalterne : vérifie le niveau d'eau dans le réservoir, ajoute du sel et des produits
  • Saison hivernale : déneigement en priorité, dirige le processus quotidien de déneigement et d'épandage de sel, selon les besoins
  • Sous la direction du responsable de la maintenance, effectue tous les travaux importants, utilise les équipements spécialisés et respecte les calendriers de maintenance pour les rénovations, les réparations et l'entretien, selon les besoins

Formation et expérience :

Étude secondaire ou une équivalence acceptable Expérience significative dans le domaine de l’entretien et de réparations d’équipements spécialisés
