The posting

Dans le cadre de ses opérations, JAMP Pharma est à la recherche d’un(e) Technicien(ne) chargé(e) de projet en ingénierie.

Relevant du Directeur maintenance et ingénierie, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la réalisation des projets techniques liés aux équipements de production et aux infrastructures.

Vous serez au cœur de l’action, en contribuant à l’optimisation des opérations, à l’implantation de nouveaux équipements et à l’amélioration continue des processus dans un environnement structuré et réglementé.

Responsabilités

  • Participer à la planification et à la réalisation des projets d’ingénierie.
  • Analyser les données opérationnelles et proposer des solutions concrètes d’amélioration.
  • Contribuer à la mise en place de plans d’action visant à optimiser la productivité.
  • Rechercher des équipements, rédiger des devis et coordonner avec les fournisseurs.
  • Participer aux tests d’acceptation des équipements (FAT).
  • Contribuer à la conception des aménagements d’usine et des installations.
  • Soutenir les équipes lors de l’implantation de nouveaux équipements et outils.
  • Assurer le respect des normes SST, des BPF et des exigences internes.
  • Intégrer les notions d’ergonomie et les besoins des clients internes.
  • Optimiser l’utilisation du système GMAO.
  • Rédiger et assurer le suivi des documents qualité (CC, CAPA, EQ).
  • Mettre à jour les plans et documents techniques.
  • Assurer le suivi budgétaire des projets.
  • Participer activement à l’amélioration continue du département.

Exigences

  • Une formation technique en génie industriel ou mécanique (important : ce poste est spécifiquement pour un technicien, pas un ingénieur).
  • Une expérience concrète de 3 à 5 ans minimum en gestion de projets industriels, idéalement acquise dans les secteurs de la pharmacie ou de l'alimentation. Nous serons ouverts à évaluer des expériences transférables pertinentes.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, MS Project) et logiciels DAO (AutoCAD).
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Excellente capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
