The posting

En tant que technicien(-ne) comptable, vous effectuez divers travaux en lien avec le cycle comptable complet des comptes fournisseurs, et ce, pour l’ensemble des entités du Groupe et projets. Vous contrôlez les différentes étapes, communiquez avec les personnes concernées pour obtenir ou fournir certaines informations et procédez à des analyses et des conciliations de comptes ainsi que de faire la paie.

Vous vous réalisez dans les tâches et fonctions suivantes :

  • Faire la tenue de livres
  • Gérer en continu les comptes payables et recevables
  • Procéder au paiement des paies Produire annuellement les relevés standards requis (1, T4, T4A, etc.)
  • Produire des tableaux et rapports précis de données pour les différents projets
  • Procéder au traitement complet des comptes fournisseurs incluant la validation des natures de dépenses, des approbations, de l’appariement, des aspects fiscaux et du paiement
  • Effectuer à l’aide des systèmes informatiques des transactions comptables, incluant la préparation et la comptabilisation des écritures de journal mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles
  • Contrôler les rapports et effectuer divers travaux d’analyse
  • Communiquer ou répondre à nos partenaires (clients, partenaires, fournisseurs) externes et internes afin d’obtenir ou de fournir certaines informations relatives à nos activités
  • Participer au processus annuel de vérification des livres de la Société en procédant à certaines conciliations, analyses de comptes et préparation du dossier de fin d’année
  • Appuyer la direction dans la réalisation de diverses activités professionnelles (rencontres, réunions, etc.)
  • Effectuer un soutien clérical auprès de la direction et de l’équipe Maintenir et optimiser la gestion documentaire physique et numérique

Vos qualifications et talents :

  • DEC en administration, option finance ou l’équivalent 5 années d'expérience pertinente au poste
  • Bonne connaissance de la langue française/anglais parlée et écrite Avoir des aptitudes pour les communications orales Connaissance de base du logiciel Excel
  • Connaissances en comptabilité et/ou administration
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft 365
  • Expérience avec logiciel comptable un atout (XERO)
  • Expérience avec logiciel de paie un atout
