Effectuer divers genres de travaux techniques reliés à la gestion des ressources humaines et financières, à l’élaboration et à la mise en application de normes et des travaux reliés aux opérations administratives. Dans son travail, elle peut assister du personnel professionnel et du personnel cadre.

Principales responsabilités

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le gestionnaire administratif notamment en lien avec la préparation budgétaire détaillée en recueillant, analysant et synthétisant les données.
  • Procéder à un suivi budgétaire régulier et à préparer des écritures comptables de reclassement et de courus de fin d’année.
  • Collaborer au développement et à l’adaptation de processus administratifs.
  • Préparer les appels d’offres ainsi que les bons de commande et procéder aux différentes conciliations bancaires.
  • Produire et transmettre les relevés fiscaux aux élèves.
  • Collaborer et à donner du support au volet organisation scolaire du Centre de formation professionnelle entre autres au niveau de l’analyse des ratios, des sanctions et à la production de statistiques et autres rapports relatifs à l’effectif scolaire.

Conditions d’emploi

  • Poste régulier à temps plein (35 heures/semaine) au CFP Maurice-Barbeau (920, rue Noël-Carter);
  • Entrée en fonction en juin 2022;
  • Salaire de 24,21 $ à 32,32 $ de l’heure.

Compétences recherchées

  • Être titulaire d’un diplôme d’études collégiales en techniques administratives avec option appropriée à l’emploi ou être titulaire d’un diplôme ou d’une attestation d’études dont l’équivalence est reconnue par l’autorité compétente.
  • Posséder deux (2) années d’expérience pertinente;
  • Avoir une bonne maîtrise de la langue française, tant parlée, qu’écrite;
  • Avoir une excellente maîtrise des logiciels Excel et Word;
  • Avoir une grande capacité à travailler en équipe;
  • Avoir un sens développé de la planification et de l’organisation;
  • Posséder une excellente gestion du stress;
  • Faire preuve d’autonomie;
  • Avoir des connaissances pratiques ou des aptitudes et de l’intérêt pour tout autre logiciel de gestion.
