Ton rôle

Tu assures le support technique auprès des clients de la région de Québec et Lévis, à distance et directement sur place. Tu interviens sur des environnements variés et tu fais une réelle différence dans leur quotidien.

Concrètement, tu vas :

  • Te déplacer chez les clients dans la région d Québec et Lévis pour diagnostiquer et résoudre des problématiques
  • Installer, configurer et maintenir différents équipements et systèmes
  • Assurer un service client professionnel et rigoureux, incluant les suivis
  • Participer à l’amélioration des environnements technolologiques

Ce qu’on recherche

  • Environ 3 ans d’expérience en support TI (ou moins si tu es très allumé et autonome)
  • DEC, DEP en informatique ou autre formation pertinente
  • Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule
  • Bonne capacité de résolution de problèmes et sens du service client
  • Demeurer dans la région de Québec ou Lévis

Environnement technique

  • Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune
  • Active Directory, serveurs Windows
  • Réseautique (VPN, Wi-Fi)
  • Pare-feu (Fortinet, Cisco, WatchGuard)
  • Sauvegardes (Veeam, Acronis)
  • Imprimantes et troubleshooting général
