Les défis qui t’attendent !

Sous la supervision du directeur du département, le ou la technicien(ne) est responsable d’identifier les défaillances, d’assurer l’entretien et de remettre en état différents systèmes de chauffage, tout en offrant une assistance professionnelle et efficace à la clientèle.

Ton quotidien ressemblera à :

  • Répondre aux appels de service et intervenir directement chez les clients.
  • Diagnostiquer les problèmes liés aux systèmes de chauffage et proposer des solutions efficaces.
  • Effectuer la réparation, l’entretien et la maintenance préventive des équipements.
  • Intervenir sur des systèmes de chauffage au gaz naturel, à l’huile et électriques, ainsi que sur différents types de systèmes à eau chaude, à vapeur, au glycol et à air chaud.
  • Maintenir une communication professionnelle avec la clientèle.
  • Compléter les rapports de service et assurer le suivi des interventions.
  • Participer au système de garde 24/7 à tour de rôle avec l’équipe.

Le profil que nous recherchons:

  • Formation ou expérience pertinente en chauffage, plomberie, réfrigération, électromécanique ou domaine connexe.
  • Connaissances en électricité, électronique et contrôle.
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer et dépanner des systèmes de chauffage.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et bon sens de l’analyse.
  • Permis de conduire valide, classe 5.
  • Détenir une carte de gaz TAG-1 (un atout).
  • Les profils de frigoristes ou d’électromécaniciens possédant de bonnes compétences en dépannage technique sont également considérés.
