Rejoins L’Office d’Habitation de Rivière-du-Loup et Les Basques, un organisme à but non lucratif dédié à la gestion, l’entretien et au développement des logements sociaux et abordables de la région. Les défis qui vous attendent:

Sous la supervision du Coordonnateur du Centre de service (CS), tu participeras à la réalisation, au suivi et au contrôle de divers projets architecturaux.

Ton rôle : Garantir la qualité et la faisabilité des projets tout en collaborant avec une équipe passionnée et multidisciplinaire.

Ton quotidien ressemblera à :

  • Réaliser des relevés architecturaux et bilans de santé des bâtiments.
  • Produire des plans et devis précis et fonctionnels.
  • Rédiger des constats et rapports de visite clairs et détaillés.
  • Fournir des avis techniques pour garantir la qualité et la faisabilité des projets.
  • Participer activement aux rencontres internes de gestion de projets et suivre l’avancement des travaux.
  • Effectuer des visites de chantier et vérifier la conformité aux normes et standards de qualité.

Responsabilités additionnelles (au besoin) :

  • Collaborer à l’estimation des coûts et proposer des alternatives pertinentes.
  • Participer à la planification, à l’exécution et au contrôle des projets confiés par le Coordonnateur du CS.
  • Être un membre actif et proactif de l’équipe pour garantir la réussite des projets multidisciplinaires.

Le profil que nous recherchons:

  • DEP en architecture requis; DEC considéré comme un atout.
  • Trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d’expérience pertinente (toute combinaison formation/expérience pertinente sera considérée).
  • Maîtrise des logiciels AutoCAD, Revit et SketchUp (atout).
  • Intérêt pour les projets écoresponsables et le développement durable.
  • Permis de conduire valide et carte ASP.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et priorités, tout en travaillant en équipe multidisciplinaire.
  • Curiosité, rigueur et sens de l’organisation.
