The posting

Als Allround Admin Support ben je een belangrijke schakel in de administratieve opvolging van operationele activiteiten op de site. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle processen correct verlopen en zet jouw ervaring in de maritieme sector en kennis van (petro)chemische producten volop in. Jouw werk ondersteunt het vlotte verloop van de dagelijkse werking.

Op een doorsnee werkdag hou je je bezig met het verwerken van nominaties, het opvolgen van volledige operatiedossiers en het behandelen van facturatie-input en klachten. Je registreert gegevens via het terminal managementsysteem en helpt mee bij het organiseren en optimaliseren van de planning voor vrachtwagens, schepen en in de toekomst ook treinen. Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten en ontvangt vrachtwagenchauffeurs, contractors en leveranciers op de site. Daarnaast zorg je voor een correcte verwerking van (douane)documenten en rapporteer je over de terminalactiviteiten.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de maritieme sector.
  • Je beschikt over kennis van (petro)chemische producten.
  • Je behaalde minstens een bachelorsdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een administratieve functie.
  • Ervaring met terminalactiviteiten, tankopslag, scheeps- of vrachtwagenplanning is een troef.
  • Kennis van douane- en importdocumenten is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel, zowel intern als extern.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, hebt een goede tot zeer goede kennis van Frans en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en met oog voor detail.
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en resultaatgericht.
  • Je plant en organiseert vlot en behoudt overzicht tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je hebt een kritische blik en denkt mee over procesverbeteringen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
