Em Santa Catarina vem se posicionando como empresa que atende por diversos canais, com sede, indústria e loja própria (NCoisas) situadas na Grande Florianópolis.

Com um crescimento no faturamento de mais de 80% no último ano, está em busca de um(a) Analista de Precificação para compor a sua equipe.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Apoiar a formação e a revisão de preços, participando das revisões periódicas com base em custos, inflação, reajustes e posicionamento competitivo;
  • Analisar a margem de contribuição, as variações de preços e a rentabilidade por produto, cliente e canal;
  • Atualizar e manter listas de preços e tabelas comerciais nos sistemas, garantindo a precisão das informações e a aderência à Política Comercial, incluindo descontos e condições comerciais;
  • Acompanhar promoções e condições especiais, verificando a correta aplicação em conjunto com as áreas Comercial e de Marketing;
  • Apoiar pesquisas de preços e análises de concorrência, contribuindo para as atividades de Inteligência de Mercado;
  • Apoiar análises dos impactos dos tributos sobre preços e margens, incluindo simulações relacionadas à transição da Reforma Tributária (CBS e IBS), em conjunto com as áreas Fiscal, Controladoria e Financeiro;
  • Organizar bases de dados e elaborar relatórios, dashboards e apresentações para subsidiar as decisões comerciais;
  • Contribuir para a automatização de rotinas e o aprimoramento de ferramentas e metodologias de precificação.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES:

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência nas áreas Comercial, Planejamento, Controladoria ou Precificação;
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Excel, incluindo PROCV, tabelas dinâmicas e fórmulas;
  • Perfil organizado, analítico e atento aos detalhes, com boa capacidade de organização e gestão de prazos;
  • Boa comunicação, facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e interação com diferentes áreas da empresa.

DIFERENCIAIS:

  • Experiência com precificação, cadastro de produtos e gestão de listas de preços;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP, preferencialmente IBS;
  • Familiaridade com conceitos de margem de contribuição, markup, frete, tributos sobre vendas e Reforma Tributária (CBS e IBS);
  • Interesse em desenvolver carreira nas áreas de Precificação (Pricing), Inteligência de Mercado ou Planejamento;
  • Noções de Power BI ou outras ferramentas de visualização e análise de dados.

Horários:

  • De segunda a sexta-feira, das 08h00 às 18h18, com intervalo para almoço das 12h00 às 13h40.
  • Modelo de trabalho: 100% presencial, no bairro Estreito, em Florianópolis/SC.
