Em Santa Catarina vem se posicionando como empresa que atende por diversos canais, com sede, indústria e lojas próprias (NCoisas) situadas na Grande Florianópolis.

Com um crescimento no faturamento de mais de 80% no último ano, está à procura de Assistente de Suporte TI para compor a sua equipe.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Suporte a usuários pessoalmente, via telefone, whattsapp, e-mail e chamado
  • Instalação, formatação e manutenção de computadores e periféricos
  • Levantamento de dados para relatórios
  • Instalação e remoção de programas em equipamentos
  • Configuração, manutenção e reset de celulares e tablets
  • Substituição de toners, cilindros e papéis e configuração de impressoras.
  • Preenchimento de termos de uso de equipamentos e coleta de assinaturas
  • Contato com clientes e fornecedores internos e externos
  • Abertura de chamado junto a operadoras de telefonia e demais fornecedores
  • Abertura, gestão e encerramento de chamados no Helpdesk
  • Elaboração de manuais e preenchimento de controles internos
  • Treinamento e orientação para os usuários de ferramentas utilizadas pela empresa.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino Médio completo. Desejável curso técnico ou profissionalizante em Informática, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos técnicos:

  • Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Windows e ferramentas do Pacote Office;
  • Conhecimento em microinformática, hardware e software;
  • Instalação, configuração e manutenção básica de computadores, periféricos e dispositivos móveis;
  • Configuração de impressoras e identificação e resolução de problemas técnicos;
  • Noções de redes de computadores, conectividade e telefonia;
  • Conhecimento em troubleshooting de redes, hardware e software;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de Service Desk e sistemas de gestão de chamados;
  • Conhecimento em instalação e configuração de programas, controle de equipamentos e suporte aos usuários.

Observações:

  • Atuação 100% presencial em Florianópolis/SC.
  • Escala: 07:42 às 12:00 e das 13:00 às 17:30 segunda-feira à sexta-feira das e sábado compensado.
