Em Santa Catarina vem se posicionando como empresa que atende por diversos canais, com sede, indústria e lojas próprias (NCoisas) situadas na Grande Florianópolis.

Com um crescimento no faturamento de mais de 80% no último ano, está à procura de Técnico (a) de Segurança do Trabalho para compor a sua equipe.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Atuar na prevenção de incidentes, acidentes e doenças ocupacionais;
  • Avaliar a operação constantemente visando detectar, registrar e sanar condições inseguras no ambiente de trabalho;
  • Atuar em conjunto com a equipe de bombeiros civis e saúde ocupacional da operação;
  • Elaborar e gerir programas e campanhas legais e corporativas de saúde e segurança do trabalho conforme normas regulamentadoras e diretrizes do Goedert Group;
  • Monitorar atividades críticas;
  • Realizar treinamentos, auditorias e orientações do Diálogo Diário de Segurança (DDS);
  • Atuar nas investigações de acidentes, análise de causas, propondo medidas de prevenção;
  • Acompanhar e fazer a gestão de segurança de terceiros;
  • Alimentar e gerenciar indicadores proativos e reativos da operação;
  • Conduzir a CIPA e Brigada de Emergência;
  • Realizar a gestão do Plano de Atendimento a Emergência (Elaboração do documento, plano de ação e simulados);
  • Participar de Comitês Internos, quando solicitado;
  • Cumprir e divulgar a cultura e valores da empresa.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

  • Formação Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho em Instituições Credenciadas pelo MEC;
  • Carteira profissional com registro no MTE;
  • Pacote Office Intermediário;
  • Experiência anterior na função;
  • Disponibilidade de horário

Diferenciais:

  • Possuir treinamento de Instrutor de NR 12 (Máquinas e Equipamentos), NR 11 (Empilhadeira, Transpaleteira Elétrica e Selecionadora);
  • Curso de Brigadista – IN28
  • Conhecimento e vivência na gestão de NR 11 e NR 17
  • Experiência em Operações Logísticas e/ou Centros de Distribuição.

HORÁRIO DE TRABALHO:

  • De segunda-feira à sexta-feira das 07:30 às 12:00 e das 13:00 às 17:18
  • Presencial em Biguaçu/SC.
