The posting

Als operator inpak ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het inpakken en verwerken van tientallen soorten gebak wat dagvers geleverd wordt aan verschillende Nederlandse supermarkten. Je ziet jezelf al helemaal staan tussen de goedgevulde kratten aardbeienvlaai. ‘Zo, die mag mee met de vracht.’ Morgen staan ze in de winkel!

Een baan bij de mooiste vlaaibakkerij van Nederland. Je werkt in een ploegendienst en voelt je vrijer dan in een baan van 09:00 tot 17:00 uur.

Je werkt dag-, avond-, en nachtdiensten ( 3- ploegen) en 1 zaterdag in de 4 weken.

Werken in een industriële bakkerij betekent dat je de ruimte hebt om je kont te keren, dat het werk gestructureerd verloopt en je vaak meer rust ervaart dan in een kleine bakkerij. Het is ook wel heel erg lekker dat vlaai niet alleen ’s nachts, maar ook overdag gebakken wordt, dan hoef je niet iedere nacht zo vroeg je bed uit!

Wat ga je doen?

• Nadat jij je bakkerskleding hebt aangetrokken, drink je nog even een kopje koffie in de kantine.

• Als het tijd is om in te klokken, loop je natuurlijk niet zomaar de bakkerij in. Eerst je handen wassen en je schoenen reinigen. Wel zo hygiënisch.

• Samen met een aantal collega- inpakkers vorm je een team. Jullie zijn verantwoordelijk voor een productielijn.

• Je zorgt ervoor dat de goede dozen klaar staan, zodat de vlaaien ingepakt kunnen worden.

• Je stelt de etiketteermachine in en checkt of de etiketten kloppen en de band kan beginnen te rollen.

• Ai, het etiket zit niet goed op de doos. Jij zoekt uit waar het door komt en lost het op.

• Zo, de pallets chocoladevlaai staan klaar om opgehaald te worden door de chauffeur. Machines worden schoongemaakt en de vloer wordt geveegd. Van de vloer mag je niet eten, maar aan jouw lijn zou het kunnen.

Wie zoeken we?

• Een mbo 4-diploma is mooi, maar het MBO- denkniveau is een must.

• Kennis van HACCP en voedselveiligheid is handig.

• Ervaring met het inpakken van ( andere) voedselproducten is een must.

Daarnaast zijn we op zoek naar collega's die passie voor hun producten hebben en betrokken zijn bij hun werk. Wanneer we topdrukte hebben door acties en/ of feestdagen ben je niet te beroerd om op andere dagen/ tijden te werken en/of langere diensten te draaien.
