The posting

Binnen Goedhart Patisserie zorgen we ervoor dat supermarkten in het hele land dagelijks voorzien worden van dagverse vlaaien en andere heerlijke patisserie. In onze patisseriebakkerijen in Panningen en Sevenum maken we dagelijkse dagverse producten. Denk aan (klein)gebak, vlaaien, taarten etc. We doen dat met een team van zo’n 350 medewerkers, vast en flexibel. We vinden een (sociaal) veilige omgeving van groot belang. Veiligheid heeft dan ook net als kwaliteit voor ons de hoogste prioriteit.

Binnen Goedhart Patisserie zorgen we ervoor Voor een kritische review van ons beleid op dit gebied, alsmede voor de praktische vertaalslag ervan naar de dagelijkse werkomgeving, zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandige en actiegerichte stagiair(e). Iemand die in staat is om met ons de stap te zetten naar een volgende stap in ons veiligheidsbeleid en de uitrol daarvan.

WAAR GA JE MEE AAN DE SLAG?

  • Het ontwikkelen, reviewen en verbeteren van het veiligheidsbeleid.
  • Het praktisch vertalen van deze zaken naar de operationele werkomgeving.
  • Het vergroten van het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie.
  • Het onderzoeken en uitwerken van actuele veiligheidsvraagstukken.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je volgt een HBO-opleiding op het vlak van veiligheid (denk aan Integrale veiligheidskunde of een vergelijkbare opleiding).
  • Je bent pragmatisch, proactief, zelfstandig en communicatief vaardig.
  • Je vindt het leuk om in een operationele werkomgeving aan de slag te zijn.
  • Als je beschikt over affiniteit/ervaring met food/productie is dat een duidelijke plus.
  • Je bent een aantal maanden (voltijds) beschikbaar om invulling te geven aan je stage.
