Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our team at p0.inc. As a part of our flat-structured organization, you will have the opportunity to work independently and take ownership of your projects. You will be responsible for solving complex and ambiguous problem statements, and your product thinking will be crucial in driving our innovations forward. We value open feedback and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback to/from team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4-9 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Proven experience as a senior software engineer
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent product thinking and ability to understand user needs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to give/take open feedback
