Vaga: Assistente Financeiro

Descrição:

Estamos em busca de um Assistente Financeiro para se juntar à nossa equipe. O candidato ideal será responsável por auxiliar nas atividades financeiras da empresa, garantindo o controle e organização das finanças.

Responsabilidades:

  • Receber relatórios, conferir e organizar os títulos de pagamento, separá-los por data, analisar as condições e forma de pagamento;
  • Recepção dos arquivos de conciliação;
  • Realizar lançamentos dos títulos no sistema de contas a pagar;
  • Lançar os títulos de pagamento nos respectivos bancos;
  • Salvar na pasta e conferir diariamente os comprovantes separados por banco;
  • Lançar nos bancos os pagamentos a serem efetuados de acordo com as datas de vencimento;
  • Realizar separação e baixa por modalidade de pagamentos : cheques, cartão e dinheiro;
  • Conferir a realização dos pagamentos e organizar extrato diário por banco;
  • Realizar baixa de adiantamento de fornecedor;
  • Imprimir contas de consumo – Energia /água/telefone/internet;
  • Realizar lançamento de extrato Bancário;
  • Revisar o DDA, para pagamento para o dia seguinte;
  • Realizar importação dos arquivos de pagamentos e conciliação para o sistema;
  • Realizar lançamentos diários do movimento financeiro;
  • Importar do sistema Relatório de Contas a pagar para conferência com o documento físico, diariamente;
  • Realizar conciliação Bancária;
  • Realizar cadastro de Contas nos bancos quando necessário;
  • Extrair e arquivar no DROPBOX o extrato mensal referente a contas bancárias;
  • Organizar e controlar os relatórios de processamento dos Produtores Rurais, conferindo pesos, preço e quantidades;
  • Contribuir na organização dos arquivos existentes no escritório da empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Formação em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência prévia na área financeira;
  • Conhecimento em Excel e sistemas de gestão financeira;
  • Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes.
