Buscamos um Assistente Financeiro BPO para atuar em nossa equipe, sendo responsável pela gestão de processos financeiros, controle de contas a pagar e a receber, além de manter comunicação constante com clientes, fornecedores e operadoras de cartões para garantir o bom andamento das rotinas financeiras. Este profissional desempenhará um papel essencial na organização e regularização de informações financeiras.

Responsabilidades Principais:

  • Manter contato direto com os clientes para solicitação de informações complementares e documentação pendente;
  • Realizar comunicação com fornecedores e operadoras de cartões para complementação ou regularização de informações;
  • Executar as rotinas de Contas a Pagar e Contas a Receber, garantindo o correto lançamento e acompanhamento das obrigações financeiras;
  • Realizar a conciliação bancária para garantir a precisão e a conformidade dos registros financeiros;
  • Liberar a movimentação financeira para a Contabilidade, assegurando que todos os dados estejam corretos e atualizados;
  • Auxiliar no controle de fluxo de caixa, verificando o saldo das contas e apoiando na tomada de decisões financeiras.

Requisitos:

  • Formação: Ensino Superior Cursando ou Completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, áreas Financeiras ou correlatas;
  • Conhecimento básico de Contas a Pagar e a Receber, Conciliação Bancária e Rotinas Financeiras;
  • Habilidade em comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, com foco na solução de pendências e esclarecimento de dúvidas de clientes e fornecedores;
  • Desejável experiência com ferramentas de gestão financeira (pode ser um diferencial).

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência prévia em BPO Financeiro.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão financeira será considerado um diferencial.
