  • Studieninhalte technisch: z.B. Instandhaltungsmanagement, Energiemanagement, Elektrotechnik, Baubetrieb, Gebäudeautomatisierungstechnik, Nachhaltiges Bauen und Betreiben
  • Studieninhalte kaufmännisch: z.B. Mietvertragsmanagement, Kostenrechnung, Personal, Organisation, öffentliches Baurecht
  • Dauer: 3 Jahre bzw. 6 Semester mit Wechsel von Theorie und Praxis

Profil

  • Fachhochschulreife oder Allgemeine Hochschulreife
  • Schulische Leistungen: gute Leistungen in Deutsch und Mathematik
  • Affinität: Interesse an kaufmännischen und technischen Zusammenhängen in Gewerbeimmobilien
  • Spaß bei der Kommunikation mit Kunden: Du nimmst ihre Anliegen auf und findest gemeinsam mit dem Team optimale Lösungen
