Die GOLDBECK Property Services verbinden das Leistungsangebot Property Management mit dem Vermietungs- und Centermanagement für Gewerbeimmobilien.

  • Aktives Management von Immobilien (Wohnen, Büro, Handel, Logistik)
  • Ansprechpartner für Mieter und Eigentümer
  • Erstellung von Budgets, Reportings und Objektanalysen
  • Stammdatenpflege sowie Daten- und Dokumentenmanagement
  • Erstellung der Nebenkostenabrechnungen
  • Rechnungswesen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im immobilienspezifischen Bereich oder Hochschulstudium der Immobilienwirtschaft, alternativ gerne auch Quereinsteiger aus dem Bank- oder Finanzwesen
  • Berufserfahrung im Property Management wünschenswert
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office) sowie Erfahrung mit Immobilien Management Software (realax, Yardi etc.) wünschenswert
  • Eigenverantwortliche und gleichzeitig teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Professionelle Kommunikation, hohe Kundenorientierung und Engagement
