Verantwortlichkeiten

Bei Weiser GmbH Brandschutz & Technik (eine GOLDBECK Company) bündelt sich unsere Expertise aus den Bereichen Brandschutz und Löschwasseranlagen. Von der Planung über Errichtung und anschließender Wartung von Feuerlösch- und Sprinkleranlagen sowie brandschutztechnischen Einrichtungen können wir unseren Kunden alles bieten.

  • Eigenständige Betreuung und Koordination von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsprojekten
  • Vollständige Auftragsabwicklung, inkl. Kalkulation, Angebots• und Vertragserstellung, Kostenkontrolle, Koordination von Nachunternehmern, Dokumentation und Abnahme
  • Sicherstellung der Terminplanung sowie entsprechende Koordination des Projektteams und externer Stakeholder
  • Zielorientierte Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten
  • Projektunterstützung vor Ort (Baustellen)
  • Technische Ansprechperson für Kunden und Mitarbeitende
  • Akquise von Neukunden und Projekten
  • Organisation, Mitwirkung und Steuerung hinsichtlich der Maßnahmen für Qualitätsmanagement, Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz

Profil

  • Techniker-/Meister-Qualifikation oder abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten im Brandschutz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Vertriebsorientierte Denkweise und serviceorientierte Kommunikation, damit unsere Kunden gerne langfristig mit uns zusammenarbeiten
