Dla naszego Klienta, firmy z branży retail o rocznych przychodach powyżej 300 mln zł, poszukujemy osób na stanowisko Dyrektora Finansowego - możliwe, że w randze Członka Zarządu.

  • odpowiedzialność za całość polityki finansowej Spółki,
  • nadzór nad procesami księgowymi, podatkowymi oraz sprawozdawczością finansową,
  • zapewnienie terminowego przygotowywania sprawozdań statutowych i zarządczych zgodnie z obowiązującymi standardami,
  • zarządzanie płynnością finansową, kapitałem obrotowym oraz strukturą finansowania,
  • odpowiedzialność za relacje z bankami, instytucjami finansowymi oraz audytorami,
  • aktywne wspieranie Zarządu w podejmowaniu strategicznych decyzji biznesowych,
  • analiza rentowności produktów oraz kanałów sprzedaży,
  • ocena opłacalności inicjatyw rozwojowych, ekspansji oraz projektów M&A,
  • odpowiedzialność za proces budżetowania, prognozowania oraz planowania finansowego,
  • monitorowanie realizacji budżetu, KPI oraz identyfikacja odchyleń wraz z rekomendacjami działań,
  • odpowiedzialność za nadzór nad działem prawnym oraz IT,
  • rozwój narzędzi Business Intelligence oraz wykorzystania danych w zarządzaniu,
  • zarządzanie zespołem: budowanie kultury wysokiej efektywności i odpowiedzialności, rozwój kompetencji kadry menedżerskiej i sukcesji.
  • minimum 10 lat doświadczenia w finansach, w tym co najmniej 5 lat na stanowisku Dyrektora Finansowego,
  • doświadczenie w firmach z branży retail, e-commerce, FMCG lub dystrybucyjnych,
  • doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołami powyżej 20 osób,
  • doświadczenie w prowadzeniu transformacji organizacyjnych i projektów optymalizacyjnych,
  • doskonała znajomość controllingu finansowego i zarządczego,
  • doświadczenie w pracy z systemami ERP oraz narzędziami BI.
  • wysokie kompetencje analityczne i strategiczne,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.
  • możliwość objęcia strategicznej funkcji w dynamicznie rozwijającej się organizacji,
  • duża samodzielność w podejmowaniu decyzji,
