Dla naszego Klienta, firmy produkcyjnej z branży FMCG (kategoria food), poszukujemy obecnie osoby na stanowisko Key Account Manager ds. HoReCa.

  • zarządzanie i rozwój współpracy z kluczowymi klientami z sektora HoReCa,
  • aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych partnerów biznesowych i rozwijanie sieci kontaktów,
  • realizacja założonych planów sprzedażowych, budżetów oraz celów marżowych,
  • prowadzenie negocjacji handlowych i przygotowywanie ofert dopasowanych do potrzeb klientów,
  • tworzenie i wdrażanie strategii rozwoju sprzedaży na powierzonym obszarze,
  • analiza rynku, działań konkurencji oraz identyfikacja nowych możliwości biznesowych,
  • współpraca z działami marketingu, logistyki oraz obsługi klienta w celu zapewnienia najwyższej jakości współpracy z kontrahentami,
  • monitorowanie wyników sprzedaży oraz przygotowywanie rekomendacji wspierających dalszy rozwój biznesu.
  • praktyczna znajomość rynku HoReCa oraz doświadczenie we współpracy z sieciami gastronomicznymi, hotelami, dystrybutorami lub firmami cateringowymi,
  • umiejętność prowadzenia zaawansowanych negocjacji handlowych,
  • doświadczenie w realizacji planów sprzedażowych i budowaniu długofalowych relacji biznesowych,
  • wysoko rozwinięte kompetencje sprzedażowe i negocjacyjne,
  • samodzielność, inicjatywa oraz nastawienie na realizację celów,
  • bardzo dobra organizacja pracy oraz umiejętność zarządzania wieloma projektami jednocześnie,
  • prawo jazdy kat. B i gotowość do podróży służbowych,
  • znajomość języka angielskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem.
  • stabilne zatrudnienie w rozwijającej się organizacji z branży FMCG,
  • samodzielne i odpowiedzialne stanowisko z realnym wpływem na rozwój biznesu,
  • atrakcyjne wynagrodzenie podstawowe oraz system premiowy powiązany z realizacją celów,
  • zatrudnienie w oparciu o Umowę o Pracę + premie,
  • narzędzia pracy niezbędne do wykonywania obowiązków (samochód służbowy, laptop, telefon),
