Dla naszego Klienta, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Kierownika / Kierowniczki Produkcji, która będzie odpowiedzialna za kompleksową organizację i nadzór nad procesami produkcyjnymi, zarządzanie zespołem oraz zapewnienie efektywnej i terminowej realizacji zamówień.

  • zarządzanie zespołem produkcyjnym, organizowanie pracy oraz nadzorowanie realizacji powierzonych zadań,
  • planowanie i koordynowanie procesów produkcyjnych z uwzględnieniem dostępnych zasobów oraz terminów realizacji zamówień,
  • zapewnienie odpowiedniej jakości oraz zgodności technicznej wytwarzanych produktów,
  • monitorowanie efektywności produkcji, wydajności zespołu oraz terminowości realizowanych zleceń,
  • identyfikowanie i rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów produkcyjnych oraz technicznych,
  • inicjowanie i wdrażanie działań optymalizujących procesy produkcyjne,
  • podejmowanie bieżących decyzji operacyjnych oraz odpowiedzialność za realizację celów produkcyjnych,
  • ścisła współpraca z działami firmy w celu zapewnienia płynności procesów.
  • wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki: zarządzanie i inżynieria produkcji, lub pokrewne kierunki techniczne,
  • kilkuletnie doświadczenie na stanowisku kierowniczym lub pokrewnym w obszarze produkcji,
  • znajomość procesów produkcyjnych oraz zasad planowania produkcji,
  • umiejętność zarządzania zespołem, delegowania zadań i nadzorowania ich realizacji,
  • znajomość zagadnień związanych z kontrolą jakości i optymalizacją procesów produkcyjnych,
  • umiejętność ustalania priorytetów, inicjatywa w działaniu, zdolności analityczne,
  • samodzielność, odpowiedzialność oraz nastawienie na realizację celów,
  • wysoko rozwinięte zdolności komunikacyjne i organizacyjne.
