Dla naszego Klienta, firmy usługowej, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Kierownika / Kierowniczki Działu IT, która będzie odpowiadała za zapewnienie sprawnego funkcjonowania infrastruktury informatycznej firmy oraz wsparcia ok. 100 użytkowników końcowych. Możliwość pracy w wymiarze całego lub części etatu.

  • zarządzanie działem w tym organizowanie i nadzorowanie pracy dwuosobowego zespołu IT (1-3 osoby),
  • planowanie i priorytetyzacja zadań działu,
  • monitorowanie jakości i terminowości realizowanych działań,
  • współpraca z dostawcami usług i sprzętu IT,
  • nadzór nad infrastrukturą sieciową firmy oraz zarządzanie serwerami oraz środowiskiem IT,
  • zapewnienie ciągłości działania systemów informatycznych,
  • monitorowanie bezpieczeństwa infrastruktury oraz danych,
  • zarządzanie sprzętem i wsparciem użytkowników,
  • koordynacja zakupu, konfiguracji i ewidencji sprzętu komputerowego,
  • zarządzanie dostępami, kontami użytkowników oraz uprawnieniami,
  • nadzór nad działaniem i aktualizacją oprogramowania firmowego, w tym pakietu Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, systemu ERP Enova, systemu obiegu dokumentów oraz oprogramowania antywirusowego,
  • proponowanie usprawnień technologicznych wspierających działalność firmy,
  • nadzór nad wykonywaniem kopii zapasowych i odtwarzaniem danych.
  • wykształcenie wyższe lub średnie techniczne (informatyka lub pokrewne),
  • minimum 8 lata doświadczenia w obszarze IT w tym minimum 3 lata na stanowisku Koordynatora lub Kierownika Zespołu lub Kierownika Projektu,
  • doświadczenie w zarządzaniu infrastrukturą IT i wsparciem użytkowników,
  • umiejętność organizacji pracy zespołu i ustalania priorytetów,
  • samodzielność, odpowiedzialność i dobra organizacja pracy,
  • mile widziana znajomość systemu Enova lub podobnych systemów ERP.
  • elastyczne zatrudnienie w oparciu o B2B lub UoP,
  • hybrydowy model pracy, obecność w biurze 1-2 dni w tygodniu,
  • możliwość pracy w wymiarze pełnego lub niepełnego wymiaru godzin,
