Dla naszego Klienta, dużej międzynarodwej firmy z branży automotive, poszukujemy doświadczonego Starszego Specjalisty ds. Rekrutacji, który będzie odpowiedzialny za prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych dla kluczowych obszarów biznesowych, w szczególności R&D oraz Supply Chain Management.

  • samodzielne prowadzenie kompleksowych procesów rekrutacyjnych end-to-end na stanowiska specjalistyczne, eksperckie oraz menedżerskie,
  • realizacja projektów rekrutacyjnych dla obszarów Research & Development (inżynieria, projektowanie produktu, testy, walidacja, system engineering) oraz Supply Chain Management (zakupy bezpośrednich, pośrednie oraz category management),
  • ścisła współpraca z managerami zatrudniającymi oraz działami HR Business Partner w zakresie planowania zatrudnienia i definiowania profili kompetencyjnych,
  • aktywne pozyskiwanie kandydatów z wykorzystaniem metod direct search, networkingowych oraz nowoczesnych narzędzi sourcingowych,
  • budowanie i utrzymywanie talent pipeline dla kluczowych kompetencji biznesowych,
  • analiza rynku pracy, monitorowanie trendów rekrutacyjnych oraz działań konkurencji,
  • prowadzenie rozmów kwalifikacyjnych i oceny kompetencji kandydatów,
  • koordynowanie procesu ofertowania oraz negocjacji warunków zatrudnienia,
  • dbanie o wysoki poziom candidate experience na każdym etapie procesu rekrutacyjnego,
  • wspieranie działań employer brandingowych oraz inicjatyw związanych z budowaniem marki pracodawcy,
  • przygotowywanie raportów i analiz dotyczących efektywności procesów rekrutacyjnych oraz wskaźników KPI.
  • minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w samodzielnym prowadzeniu procesów rekrutacyjnych, w tym co najmniej 2–3 lata w rekrutacji stanowisk specjalistycznych i eksperckich w branży automotive, produkcyjnej lub przemysłowej,
  • praktyczne doświadczenie w rekrutacji do obszarów R&D oraz/lub supply chain management,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość metod sourcingowych oraz narzędzi rekrutacyjnych (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean Search),
  • umiejętność budowania partnerskich relacji z managerami i kandydatami,
  • wysoko rozwinięte kompetencje komunikacyjne i negocjacyjne,
  • samodzielność, orientacja na wynik oraz umiejętność pracy w dynamicznym środowisku,
  • znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B1/B2,
  • znajomość specyfiki rynku pracy w sektorze automotive będzie dodatkowym atutem.
  • wynagrodzenie podstawowe od 12 000 do 16 000 zł w zależności od doświadczenia i formy zatrudnienia (możliwe zarówno B2B jak i UoP),
  • możliwość realizacji strategicznych projektów rekrutacyjnych,
  • współpraca z ekspertami i liderami biznesu z obszaru automotive,
  • możliwość pracy hybrydowej (home office do 3 dni w tygodniu).
