About TWO12

TWO12 | GOLFTEC Events is an experiential marketing agency specializing in sports, with a primary concentration in golf. We partner with top brands, rights holders, and properties to design and deliver live activations and hospitality environments at premier competitive events.

We operate as an end-to-end agency. Strategy, design, fabrication, logistics, and on-site execution are all held in house, supported by our own fabrication facility and warehouse. Logistics is not a support function here, it is the reason a build arrives intact, on time, at a venue that will not extend its access window.

The Bigger Team You'll Join

TWO12 | GOLFTEC Events is featured at a plethora of PGA Tour events and Major Championships, including The Players, The Masters, PGA Championship, Tour Championship and more!

The Role

The Operations Manager will oversee the team and also owns the physical movement and management of all production assets, along with crew travel and vendor coordination. This position is based at our headquarters in Englewood but requires significant travel (100+ days per year) being onsite at events and managing our teams and helping fulfill our contracts.

  • Maintain a calm, solution-oriented presence during high-pressure installs, activations, and strike periods

Broader Operations / Leadership

  • Collaborate with design, fabrication, and account teams so logistics and execution plans support the creative and client objectives
  • Contribute to process improvement (inventory systems, load plans, event activations)
  • Manage operational budgets and expenditure tracking against program targets

Freight and transport

  • Book and manage carriers, freight, trucking, drayage, and storage across the season schedule
  • Own bills of lading, shipment tracking, delivery windows, and resolution of delays or exceptions
  • Develop load plans that account for on-site reassembly sequencing

Asset and warehouse management

  • Maintain accurate inventory of owned assets, including location, condition, and repair status
  • Manage warehouse organization, pull lists, crate and case inventory, and staging for outbound builds
  • Oversee post-event returns, condition reporting, reconciliation, and repair scheduling

Crew and vendor logistics

  • Arrange and manage crew travel, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and per diem distribution
  • Coordinate equipment rentals and vendors, including temporary structures, power generation, AV, furniture, refrigeration, and site services
  • Maintain certificates of insurance, DOT compliance documentation, and venue credentialing

Reporting and records

  • Maintain tracking systems at a standard that allows any team member to determine asset status independently
  • Reconcile logistics expenditure against program budgets

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
