Was Dich erwartet

✅ Privatärztliche Versorgung von Kindern und Jugendlichen ·Du übernimmst die klassische pädiatrische Versorgung: Vorsorgeuntersuchungen, Impfungen, Akutversorgung, Beratung von Eltern. ·Du arbeitest ausschließlich privatärztlich — kein KV-Sitz, kein Regressrisiko, keine Budgetzwänge. ·Du entscheidest selbst über Behandlungstiefe und Terminlänge: 30 Minuten pro Patient sind bei uns kein Luxus, sondern Standard.

✅ Telemedizin ·Rund 4 Stunden Deiner Wöchentlichen Sprechzeit gestaltest Du telemedizinisch — privatärztlich, gut vergütet. ·Du arbeitest mit unserem eigenen digitalen Stack, entwickelt für niederschwellige, rechtssichere und dokumentationsleichte Sprechstunden. ·Sobald Dein Patientenstamm eingespielt ist, kannst Du — wenn Du möchtest — auch weitere Sprechzeiten remote leisten.

✅ Setup & Ramp-up ·Du startest mit ~20 h/Woche und wächst mit dem Patientenaufkommen. Ausbau auf mehr Stunden ist jederzeit möglich, wenn Du es willst. ·Du arbeitest in einem modernen, neuen Praxisumfeld (Eröffnung 08/2026, 600 m² Kronprinzenbau). ·Du bekommst ein Team, das Dir den Rücken freihält: MFA, Praxismanagement, Care Operations — damit Du Dich auf Medizin konzentrieren kannst.

✅ Standard-Pädiatrie — Spezialisierung willkommen ·Du deckst das übliche Spektrum der Kinder- und Jugendmedizin ab — kein Fokus auf einzelne Subspezialitäten nötig. ·Falls Du eine Schwerpunktqualifikation mitbringst (z.B. Allergologie, Endokrinologie, Neuropädiatrie, Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie) — sehr willkommen. Wir bauen das gerne mit Dir gemeinsam als Angebot aus.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?

✔Facharzt für Kinder- und Jugendmedizin (deutsche Approbation, Fachkunde vollständig anerkannt) ✔Empathie, Ruhe und ein echtes Interesse an den jungen Patienten und ihren Familien ✔Hohe IT-Affinität — Du lernst neue digitale Tools schnell und nutzt sie gerne (Telemedizin, PVS, KI-Tools) ✔Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Freude an einer neu aufgebauten Praxis ✔Deutsch fließend — Englisch von Vorteil ✔Berufserfahrung ist willkommen, aber nicht Voraussetzung — auch als Berufseinsteigerin nach der Facharztprüfung bist Du bei uns richtig
